By renting a golf cart from CartLux, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Our goal is to provide a safe, smooth, and enjoyable experience for every guest.
- Driver Requirements
All drivers must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.
- Payment
Full payment is due at the time of delivery. We accept Zelle and other approved payment methods.
- Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required at delivery. The deposit will be returned after inspection of the vehicle.
- Vehicle Use
The golf cart must be operated responsibly and only on permitted roads. Off-road use, reckless driving, or misuse is strictly prohibited.
- Damage & Liability
The renter is responsible for any damage during the rental period. Any incidents must be reported immediately.
- Return Condition
The cart must be returned in the same condition as delivered, normal wear excluded.
